For centuries, Neverwinter stood in the cold and savage wilderness as a warm, glittering beacon of civilization. Further destruction was visited upon the weakened city by a devastating event known as the Ruining.

Today, the once majestic city teeters on the edge of total annihilation. Even as the ruins are being reclaimed and rebuilt, dark forces are at work. While new wonders are being wrought, evil powers tear at their foundations, seeking control of powers beyond our imagination.
Now, more than ever, the city promises death to the timid, glory to the bold—and danger for all. This is a place where heroes are desperately needed.

Chaos City Comics in St.Albans are hosting a weekly D&D Encounters game.

This is a public game and everyone is welcome to come and play. It’s a great opportunity to learn Dungeons and Dragons, ideal if you have never played before.

Pathfinder

The King is dead… Warlords have parcelled up the land into fiefdoms and lawless bandits roam the roads.  The Gods are dead… Saints Fair and Foul wander the land and ancient creature stir once more.   The Masters of Sorcery are dead… Dark magic hangs in the air with a persistent gloom and Witches and Warlocks are roaming free.

Our most easterly members are from Bishops Stortford, you can’t get much more un-west Herts than that.

I’ve also redesigned the site a little to put more focus on the now multiple groups we have growing.

A strange light in the sky holds a danger unknown for ten thousand years! Deep beneath Golarion’s surface, the greatest shame of the elves is stirring once more. Seething with hatred, the drow have come up with a plan to wipe out their ancient enemies and bring a second Age of Darkness. And this time, there’s only the heroes to stop them…

Second Darkness is running on Mondays in Apsley. It’s a Pathfinder Aventure Path, set in Golarion.
